The RaceME, RaceME Pro & RaceME Ultra have all been engineered to maximize fuel efficiency. Late Injection events (post injection) are disabled for improved fuel economy. Injection timing is optimized to achieve the best fuel mileage. Regeneration has also been deactivated. These three things allow instantly improve fuel mileage. But the single biggest contributing factor to better fuel mileage is the fact that your removing a huge restriction in the exhaust system by deleting the DPF. If your state or jurisdiction requires a visual inspection and you have removed the DPF, CAT and/or EGR you will not pass. Be sure to install all the factory emission components prior to testing. Other states which perform an opacity test; its recommended you bring your vehicle up to full operating temp and set your RaceME to the lowest power level prior to testing. If your truck is in good mechanical condition, 99% of the time you will pass. So what are the differences between the RaceME and the RaceME Pro? The RaceME has 3 power levels. 40hp, 80hp & 120hp. The RaceME Pro is essentially the same tuner but offers higher power levels; 40hp, 80hp, 120hp, 160hp & 200hp. If you don't need the additional power gains then the RaceME is your best option. If your looking to add 200hp to your 2007-2012 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel 6.7L consider the RaceME Pro tuner.

When installing a RaceME tuner the factory sensors are disabled with programming. The sensors are NOT REQUIRED to be installed in the exhaust system. This gives you the option to install an exhaust system with or without bungs.  If you live in a state with strict emission laws you may consider a DPF delete pipe with bungs. A quick glance under the truck to the untrained eye, it would appear the factory emission components are still in place.
